4. AI & Automation Disclaimer
Bossvo provides AI-powered tools and automations that may generate outputs based on data, prompts, and third-party platforms. While we strive for accuracy and reliability:
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free
Results may vary depending on data quality and usage
Our services do not replace professional legal, financial, or medical advice
You agree to independently review and validate AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
5. Payments & Refunds
Fees, payment schedules, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing
All payments are due as specified in invoices or agreements
Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
Bossvo reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments
6. Intellectual Property
All proprietary tools, workflows, templates, code, and methodologies developed by Bossvo remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed
Clients retain ownership of their own data and content
You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse Bossvo materials without written permission
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or client information shared during the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Bossvo may integrate third-party platforms (e.g., AI APIs, messaging services, CRM tools). We are not responsible for:
Downtime or changes in third-party services
Data handling practices of third-party providers
Costs or limitations imposed by those platforms
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Bossvo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Bossvo for the specific service giving rise to the claim
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if:
These Terms are violated
Required payments are not made
Use of services poses legal or security risks
Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bossvo from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
